Straight from Brazil , Brazilian Samba is the sexy and playful individual dance style famous for it high energy footwork and body movement.  Traditionally danced at the Brazilian Carnaval Samba is incredibly popular at parties and clubs throughout the world.

Learning Brazilian Samba provides an awesome and fun cardio workout that will tone your abs, butt, thighs and arms while improving your dance skills and self confidence. 

Brazilian Samba will not only give you a great work you out but it will really teach you how to dance and look hot on the dance floor.

SambaFIT teacher Amanda Metcalf will teach you the correct techniques, posture, moves and styling that will make you look and feel fantastic on the dance floor.
