Community 2030 Perth Summit
Industry and business leaders, community members, students, academics and government agencies will explore Western Australia’s critical infrastructure needs at LandCorp’s Community 2030 (C2030) Summits to be held this month. The first C2030 Summit will take place on Thursday, 23 July at the Cable Beach Club Resort, Broome; followed by a second Summit on Friday, 31 July at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre. The C2030 Summits will specifically examine what communities in Perth and the Kimberley region might look like in 2030; what is needed to ensure they survive and thrive; and the differences and individual characters of regional and metropolitan-based communities now and in the future. Each C2030 Summit is built around engaging speakers, thought-provoking topics and plenty of opportunities for people to make sure their voice is heard in this important debate. The objective of the Summits is to develop strategies and capture solutions that will contribute to creating sustainable and vibrant communities in our State.
