Discovering Buddhism Retreat: Transforming Problems

This retreat weekend reflects on the teachings and instruction from the Transforming Problems module. Retreats are the perfect tool to provide a review of the key principles, join in on group discussion, and benefit from the opportunity to ask questions and clear away doubts.

Venerable Tsepal ordained by His Holiness the Dalai Lama in 2001 is a graduate of the Buddhist Studies Programme. Tsepal has been Chenrezig Institute’s primary Western Teacher for over 7 years.
