Jason Clarke suggests that the truly successful businesses are the ones who recognise that when organisations are flexible, ideas and results are improved, and their employees excel. Leaders of these companies don’t tell their employees how to do their job; instead they explain where they want to go, why they want to get there, and let their employees make it happen. “It’s about ideas AND doing something with them,” says Jason.

We need to be encouraging free thinking and new ideas, and this will largely involve changing the organisational culture.

Jason comments; “People want to buy from, contribute to, work for, and invest in innovative companies. When businesses hire people they are simply renting bodies, but if they encourage people to innovate, they’ll get their brains for free.”
