Experience Perth
Perth, Western Australia's capital city, lies beside one of the nations most stunning waterways, the Swan River, providing a fantastic water playground on the city's doorstep.
Perth is a busy yet friendly and safe city with plenty to do, including excellent shopping, nightlife, bustling markets, beautiful parks, dining, nearby wineries and river activities.
If you want to venture a little further and time is limited make sure you enjoy the hills areas of Kalamunda and Mundaring. If time is on your side and you are heading down south then take the Albany Highway and call into Armadale on the way through, these 3 areas have fantastic Visitor Centres and will be able to point you in the right direction to make sure you have an enjoyable experience to remember
Australia's Coral Coast
Stretching from Cervantes in the South to Exmouth in the North, Western Australia's Coral Coast has something for everyone. If the Pinnacles at Cervantes don't tickle your taste buds then swimming with the world's largest fish may just do the trick............but be sure to top up the fuel tank as the southern most tip of the Coral Coast is just 2.5 hours north of Perth. If adventure and driving are your pleasure then1272 kilometres after leaving Perth you will be in Exmouth where the beautiful Ningaloo Reef awaits.....and that fish!!
Australia's South West
If you are intending to visit the South West make sure you allow sufficient time to tour the region and explore some of the treasures on offer. From world class wineries and restaurants, towering forests, a spectacular coast line to curling up in front of a log fire at one of the many B&B's the South West of Western Australia is sure to leave everlasting memories and a desire to return.
Australia's North West
The north western region of Western Australia is well known for its wilderness and for those tourists who want a true Aussie outback adventure of a different kind. Cable Beach, renowned as one of the most stunning beaches in the world, should not be a place to be missed when visiting this region. The Bungle Bungle Range and the Karijini National Park are great attractions for those seeking an outback adventure.
Australia's Golden Outback
Now that you have made the decision to explore Australia's Golden Outback you have a number of options to get out there but the best by far is to drive and enjoy the Australian country side in all it's glory. From the wildflower season through through to the hot, dry and long days of summer you can be sure every turn in the road will deliver something different over the vast journey.
OK, so you have had a long day in the saddle (or car) and it's getting dark what better way to really get down into that Aussie spirit than to hop into the pub (most towns have one) and enjoy a cold beer and chat with a local..........having been entertained all night you will come away full of knowledge and ready to hit the road the next day.
